We foster a safe environment where every woman feels empowered to share her story, heal, build a brighter future. We believe in unity, collective strength, and the resilience of the human spirit.
Through support, education, and advocacy, we uplift and inspire one another. We prioritise privacy and confidentiality, ensuring a secure space for all members. Together, we are stronger and ready to be our best versions!

Our Vision
To ensure that we establish networks and resources for every women to access in order to gain the support she needs to reclaim her life and her voice; and to feel empowered and in charge of her own destiny.
Ultimately the aim is to educate and support and offer an alliance that is focused on healing and growth, and in a larger scope, or vision, to have an impact on building a world where women are valued.
Who We Are
Healing Hearts Alliance is a support group for women who have survived and left abusive relationships. Recognising the scarcity of support for women still traumatised and trying to rebuild their lives, we aim to fill this gap. We are a team of two women dedicated to making a change.
What We Do
- Provide a safe and confdential space for women to share their stories and experiences.
- Offer emotional support through group sessions, empowering woman.
- Facilitate educational workshops and seminars on healing, self-care.
- Incorporating gentle body movement to concretise change.
- Advocate for women’s rights and work towards creating more resources & support systems for survivors.
- Build resources & a network of support.
- Ongoing growth of a resource list for women in trouble to be able to access.
A Survivor and Life Coach
Having first hand experience with the lack of support & resources during recovery, I am deeply committed to making successful recovery accessible for all women. As a life coach, I’m passionate about helping people uncover what holds them back & what can propel them toward reaching their true potential. I focus on guiding others through the healing process, empowering them to move forward & embrace a brighter future helping woman heal and recover stronger than ever.

Through years of connecting with women in therapy I have gathered an insight & skill set to support and assist women.
I am a Narrative Therapist have also specialised in Trauma work, am and Eye Movement Integration (EMI) practitioner & Somatic Experiencing Therapist (SE). With years of experience advocating for women in abusive relationships, I want offer a space to assist in the healing process and creating a healthier society where resources and support are a given.
As a woman who has a voice, I want to use my voice for other’s and help others to reclaim their own voice.
